MetroSync enables real-time train updates for the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA). This project employs Gunicorn as the WSGI server to run the Flask app on the backend, ensuring efficient handling of web requests via Ubuntu.
Apache is configured and used as a reverse proxy on the backend server to manage incoming traffic and route it to Gunicorn for processing requests.
The deployment, setup, and ongoing upkeep of backend services in the cloud infrastructure are carried out through Amazon Web Services, ensuring solid performance and dependable operation.
To enhance web security, the system employs the HTTPS protocol, ensuring secure connections across various browsers.
